You sign in to Sahab with your email and password. The account is yours alone, and the same login opens every company you belong to, so never share the password.

  1. Open the Sign in page.
  2. Enter your Email and Password.
  3. Tick Remember me if the device is yours alone, so it keeps you signed in.
  4. Press Sign in.

Sahab opens the company you used last, on the start page for your role.

Note: After several wrong attempts in a row, Sahab pauses sign-in for a while, and the message tells you how many seconds to wait before trying again.

If you forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in page, press Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email, then press Email password reset link.
  3. Open the email and press Reset password. The link works for a short time, which the email states.
  4. On the Choose a new password page, enter the new password twice.
  5. Press Update password, then sign in with the new password.

When you set a new password with this link, your account is signed out of every device it was signed in on.

First sign-in with a password someone gave you

The owner may create your account with Set password now and hand you the email and password. Sahab then asks you to replace that password before you can open any page:

  1. Sign in with the email and password you were given.
  2. The Choose your own password page opens. Enter the Password you signed in with.
  3. Enter the New password, then repeat it in Confirm new password.
  4. Press Save and continue.

Change your password

  1. Open Profile from the menu under your name at the top of the screen, or from Account at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. In the Update password section, enter your Current password.
  3. Enter the New password, then repeat it in Confirm password.
  4. Press Save.

Sahab signs your account out of every other device and keeps you signed in on the one you used. If you think someone has learned your password, change it straight away.

Tip: Passwords are at least 12 characters. A short sentence you can remember is easier and stronger than a short, complicated word.

Sign out

Open the menu under your name at the top of the screen and choose Sign out. A cashier at the point of sale finds it after pressing Menu (the gear icon). Always sign out on a device you share with others.
