Accept an invitation to a company

Open the invitation email the company sent you: if you're new to Sahab, set your password; if you already have an account, accept the invitation with it.

You don't create a Sahab account yourself: the company you work for sends an invitation to your email. The email names the company and the role you'll have, such as Manager, Cashier or Staff. How you accept depends on whether you already use Sahab.

If you're new to Sahab

  1. Open the invitation email and press Set your password.
  2. The Set your password page opens with your address in Email. Check that it's the address the invitation came to.
  3. Choose a password of at least 12 characters and enter it in Password and again in Confirm password.
  4. Press Set password and continue.
  5. You're taken to the Sign in page. Sign in with your email and the password you chose.

Note: The invitation link works once, and only for the time the email states. If it has expired, ask the company owner to Resend invitation.

If you already have a Sahab account

If you work for another company on Sahab, you join the new one with the same login; you don't need a second account:

  1. Open the invitation email and press Review the invitation.
  2. If Sahab asks you to sign in, use the email the invitation came to.
  3. The page shows the company, your role in it and the email you'll join with.
  4. Press Accept and join. Sahab opens the new company on the start page for your role.

If you don't want to join, press Decline. Nothing changes in your account or your other companies.

If your current password was chosen by an administrator at a company, Sahab first opens the Choose your own password page. Choose a new password there and press Save and continue; you then return to the invitation to accept it.

If you see a message instead of the invitation

  • The invitation is for a different email than the one you signed in with: press Sign out, open the invitation link again and sign in with the invited email.
  • The invitation is no longer open or the link isn't valid: ask the company for a new invitation. This happens when the invitation has expired, the company cancelled it, or you already accepted or declined it.

If the owner gave you a password directly

Some companies create the account with Set password now and give you the email and password, so no invitation email arrives. Sign in with them on the Sign in page, and Sahab will first ask you to choose your own password that nobody else knows.

Tip: Once you belong to more than one company, the current company's name shows at the top of the screen. Tap it to switch between your companies without signing out.
