- 1 Open a cashier shift Open a shift on the register before your first sale, and enter the cash already in it as the opening float.
- 2 Sell at the till Add items to the cart, choose how the customer pays, then press Complete sale: stock leaves the store and the money goes into the register.
- 3 Discounts and open prices Take an amount off one cart line or off the whole receipt, and enter the price of an open-price item each time you sell it.
- 4 Split payments, customer credit and vouchers Split a receipt across more than one tender, or pay part of it from the customer's credit or with a voucher.
- 5 Sell on account Sell to a customer on file who pays part of the receipt now, or nothing, and owes the rest until they pay it off.
- 6 Open orders Keep the sale in progress under Open orders so you can serve the next customer, then come back and complete it when its customer is ready.
- 7 Close a cashier shift At the end of the shift, count the cash in the drawer and enter what you counted; Sahab compares it with what was expected, and a supervisor reviews any difference.
- 8 Sell from the desk and manage receipts From Cash sales you record a sale without opening the till, review today's and earlier receipts, and collect the balance on any receipt or void it.

- 10 Add customers and set their credit limits Register a customer once to sell to them on account or in installments, then set on their page the most they may owe, or put them on credit hold.
- 11 Follow and collect customer receivables Customer receivables shows what each customer owes on account and in installments, grouped by days overdue; from there you open their statement and record what they pay with a receipt.
- 12 Approve credit overrides and use the approvals inbox When an on-account sale or an installment transaction goes over the customer's credit limit, a manager approves it on the same screen or from Credit approvals; the Approvals inbox gathers every request waiting for your decision.
- 13 Keep track of vouchers Being written Vouchers lists every voucher the company gave a customer and what's left on it; from there you print a voucher or replace a lost one.
- 14 Hand over pending deliveries Being written Pending deliveries gathers posted sales whose goods, in whole or in part, are still waiting to be handed over.
