Take the product tour

The first time you open Home, a short tour introduces Sahab's sections, and you can replay it any time by choosing Take the tour from the menu under your name.

The first time you open Home, Sahab starts a short tour. Each step points at part of the screen and explains, in two or three lines, what you'll find there. The tour only explains; it changes nothing in your data by itself.

Before you start

  • The tour starts from Home only. So it doesn't appear for a cashier who opens Sahab straight on Point of sale, or for a staff member who starts on My information.
  • The tour shows only what you can see. If your role doesn't see a section, the tour skips it.

Go through the tour

  1. In the Welcome to Sahab window, press Start the tour.
  2. Press Next to move to the next step, or Back to go back.
  3. On the last step, You're all set, press Done.

Each step shows its number out of the total, such as 3 of 12, so you know how much is left. To close the tour before the end, press the × in the corner of the window.

Note: Once you finish or close the first tour, it doesn't start on its own again. You replay it yourself from the menu under your name.

What the tour shows

On a computer screen the tour covers three parts:

  • The sidebar: Operations overview, My information and Point of sale, then Your business cycle from buying to stock to selling, then Installments, Finance, Attendance and Payroll, then Roles & permissions and Billing.
  • The Home page: Finish setting up, Today's pulse and Quick actions.
  • The top bar: Switch company, Language and Quick create.

On a phone or small screen the tour is shorter: it shows only the parts of the Home page, between the welcome step and the last step.

Replay the tour

  1. Open the menu under your name at the top of the screen.
  2. Choose Take the tour. Sahab opens Home and the tour starts from the beginning.

Take the tour appears in the menu while you're inside a company, and you can replay it as often as you need.

Tip: Replay the tour after the owner gives you a new role; it shows the sections you can now see.
